1. Can I do a purchase if I am not a professional?
Yes, the only condition to buy is to achieve the minimum order.
2. What is the minimum order for an online purchase?
- For Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 300€
- For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 600€
- European Union countries: 1.500€
- Rest of countries: More than 3.000€. And we will send the Proforma invoice.
If you want to do an order and you don't reach the minimum order, you can contact us.
3. Are there any shipping or handling costs?
For the Peninsula and Balearic Islands:
- Free shipping for orders from 400€
- 15€ shipping costs for orders under 400€
Other destinations: The transport will be charged when the merchandised is finished and invoiced to the customer. This costs are based on the size/weight of the package. For shipments outside the European Union we will send a proforma invoice.
4. Delivery time of the order?
For orders available in stock and not customized, the delivery time is 4 days since we receive the payment.
For customized orders, the approximate delivery time is 15 to 20 working days. This time is indicative and subject to stock availability and/or manufacturing possibilities. You can consult us by e-mail or telephone and we will indicate the delivery time of your order.
For deliveries outside the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the delivery time will depend on the transport service chosen.
5. Can the boxes be customized with my logo?
Yes, most of our products can be customized with your brand name. In the file of each series or product it is specified if it is possible to personalize and the minimum quantity for customization.
6. How much does it cost to customize the item?
The prices of the products indicated on the website include the price of the single-sided marking. For extra markings, please contact us.
However, to customize an item with your logo is necessary to buy a cliché. This amount is paid only once and the cliché becomes your property. The amount of the cliché depends on the type of engraving and you should add it to you online purchase.
Any modification of an existing engraving implies the realization and purchase of a new cliché.
7. What do I have to send for making a new cliché?
You must send us a file with your logo in jpg, pdf or vector format. You can also send us a physical sample to our offices.
8. What are the payment methods?
Payments for purchases at Compack S.L www.compack.es are made by bank transfer.
Bank transfer. When you finish the purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with our account number and detailed instructions (if you don't receive it check the Spam folder in your email or call our customer service). As soon as we receive the transfer, we will continue with the management of your order. The costs of the transfer are subject to your bank.
To expedite the sending of the order you can send us the receipt of your payment by e-mail to email@example.com or by fax to 971 372 765.
IMPORTANT: It is essential that you indicate the reference of your order in the concept of the transfer in order to check your payment.
In case of requesting another form of payment, you can contact our customer service, and we will specify the most convenient way to make the payment.
9. Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been personalised or made to measure, you have a period of 10 days from receipt of the merchandise. Customised or tailor-made items cannot be returned.
The process to follow is: send the merchandise to our address by registered mail or with acknowledgement of receipt. We will verify that the products are in perfect condition and will refund 100% of the amount by the same method of payment used for the purchase (shipping costs are not refunded).
In case the package has been received in bad condition, broken, opened, etc., do not forget to indicate it in the delivery note so that the transport agency has an evidence and we can manage the claim. Please contact us immediately if you receive the defective goods.
